We are offering free plumbing services to the disabled & elderly who we believe will benefit the most, in order to qualify you will need to fill in the application form & give reason why you should be chosen, the address you give must be your permanent resident, you must also provide evidence by means of a deed etc "SUBJECT TO STATUS".
